Fees and Disbursements
Our fees are dependent on several factors including the visa type, number of applicants and any associated complications. Prior to commencement of service, clients are required to fill in a customer questionnaire. Customer information are collected solely for the purpose of determining the client’s eligibility and are not shared with other third parties. Clients are assessed, and if the client agrees to proceed, will be required to sign a client services agreement (which details the services provided and an estimate of fees). A portion of the fees and disbursement amounts will be required to be paid upfront. Agent fees charged are separate from disbursements such as Visa Application Charges (VAC), paid to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (the DIBP) upon submission of applications. There may be other fees payable outside of the VAC and agent fees such as National Police Certificates and English proficiency tests. These other fees are the responsibilities of the client. Disbursements may be subject to changes, e.g. when the DIBP varies its fees.
